Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take a few days longer. We do not currently ship outside the UK; if you are in Ireland or the EU, email meow@catjoy.uk and we will send you a quote.

Delivery options and cost

  • Express to your door — £5.95 (in-stock colours): your order is packed first and handed to Evri Next Day, so it is delivered in 1–2 working days, tracked. Evri Next Day does not reach the Scottish Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland: if you choose Express for one of these addresses, we send your parcel by the fastest service available and refund the £5.95.
  • Free delivery to an Evri ParcelShop (in-stock colours): choose “Pickup point” at checkout and pick a ParcelShop near you. Your parcel arrives within 5 working days of dispatch, tracked; you get an e-mail or text when it is ready to collect, and the ParcelShop keeps it for 10 days. The ParcelShop option is not offered when you pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal — choose another payment method if you would like it.
  • Pre-orders — free tracked delivery to your door, 15–30 December 2026.

Dispatch

We dispatch from our own workshop in Peterborough, England. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays); orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. Express orders are packed first. Bespoke (engraved) scratchers ship the same way as the standard models. Colours marked Pre-order are made in our next production batch and delivered 15–30 December 2026 — we e-mail you the moment your order is dispatched, and you can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items are sent straight away and the pre-order items follow when the batch is ready, at no extra delivery cost.

Delivery time

We send parcels with Evri, a tracked courier. Express is delivered in 1–2 working days; free ParcelShop delivery arrives within 5 working days of dispatch. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an email with a tracking link, and you can also follow it on our Track order page. If an Express parcel misses the 1–2 working day window, email us and we refund the £5.95. Free delivery times are estimates; occasionally a courier takes longer, especially in December and around bank holidays.

Packaging

Every scratcher is shipped in a strong cardboard box with corner protection. Our boxes are large (up to 90 cm long for the Penthouse, Manor and Rotunda), so please make sure someone can receive the parcel or choose a safe place with the courier.

Problems with a delivery

If your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email meow@catjoy.uk with your order number and we will chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours.
