Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take one or two days longer. We do not currently ship outside the UK; if you are in Ireland or the EU, email hello@catjoy.uk and we will send you a quote.

Delivery cost

  • Free standard tracked delivery on every order, with no minimum spend — up to 5 working days.
  • Express delivery (optional at checkout): £5.95 — tracked, 1–3 working days. Express orders are dispatched first.

Dispatch

We dispatch from Peterborough. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. If a colour is temporarily made to order and needs a few extra days, we will email you within one working day with the expected dispatch date.

Delivery time

We send parcels with tracked courier services such as Evri. Free delivery takes up to 5 working days from dispatch; Express delivery takes 1–3 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an email with a tracking link, and you can also follow it on our Track order page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; occasionally a courier takes longer, especially in December and around bank holidays.

Packaging

Every scratcher is shipped in a strong cardboard box with corner protection. Our boxes are large (up to 90 cm long for the Grunge), so please make sure someone can receive the parcel or choose a safe place with the courier.

Problems with a delivery

If your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email hello@catjoy.uk with your order number and we will chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours.
