Delivery

Free standard delivery on every UK order. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; otherwise the next working day. Delivery takes 2–3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri — you'll get a tracking link by email.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. For Ireland or the EU, email us and we'll quote.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused scratcher in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll send a returns label; the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching us.

14-day money-back guarantee

If your cat ignores the scratcher in the first 14 days, tell us. We'll suggest a placement trick or two first (it usually works) — and if it still doesn't, we refund you and you can donate the scratcher to a local shelter.

1-year durability guarantee

A Cat Joy scratcher should last at least 12 months with one cat. If it falls apart sooner through normal use, we replace it.
